Is this real gold?
Yes. Every bracelet is made of solid 14-karat gold, not gold-plated metal. You can choose from yellow, rose, and white gold.
What if the cord is not the right length?
The cord is adjustable via the sliding knots, so it fits almost any wrist circumference.
How long will it take for me to receive my bracelet?
10-15 business days. Each piece is handmade in our workshop only after it is ordered.
Can I exchange or return it?
Because each piece is made especially for you, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Unsure about your composition? Feel free to message us before placing your order.
