shipping and returns
After receiving the order and payment, it takes 3 to 5 working days to make your jewelry. Shipping after that takes an average of 1 day. We will of course send you a message by email or WhatsApp when the jewelry is going to be shipped.
Most jewelry we make is specially made to measure and provided with (own) letters and/or engravings. We cannot accept returns of this jewelry. We at Yves and Odile Jewels strive to make everyone happy with our jewelry. If there is a problem, we will do everything we can to resolve it. Our extensive delivery conditions. Yves and Odile Jewels is a registered brand name of SADDAL exclusive jewelry. That is why the more extensive version of the terms and conditions of delivery uses this name.
Outside package
The package we send will contain as little information as possible on the outside of the contents. We do this to prevent missing persons. Of course the ring is packaged in a beautiful Yves and Odile Jewels box.
